Your stainless steel pot comes with a 2 piece ball valve pre-installed. We need to install the barb fitting. Wrap the threads of the barb fitting with teflon tape and screw it in until it is snug. 

Fill the pot with a couple gallons of warm water and run it through the barb to ensure there are no leaks. 

That’s it! Your pot is ready for use!
